These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bf11 ("bf11", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bf11.app website and all related services, features, content, and products offered through it, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games, and virtual sports.

By registering a player account, accessing the bf11 website, placing any wager, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any bf11 service.

bf11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bf11 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of bf11 services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain a bf11 account and to use any of bf11's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bf11 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 18. This age restriction applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and bots may not register player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prevent you from gambling.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using bf11 services. All accounts must be played for personal entertainment by the registered account holder only.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. Any material misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Underage Gambling Prevention: bf11 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. If bf11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned — without bonus or winnings — to the payment source used.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on bf11. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where bf11 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, any open bets voided, and outstanding balances reviewed prior to any potential return of deposited funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bf11 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party. bf11 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any bet placed, deposit made, or action taken using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, irrespective of whether the action was taken by you or a third party who obtained access to your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bf11 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bf11 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account. bf11 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

Account Name & Details

The name registered on your bf11 account must match the name on the payment method(s) you use for deposits and withdrawals. bf11 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in a different name from the registered player account. Players who wish to update their registered name following a legal name change must contact bf11 support and provide supporting legal documentation.

All financial transactions on bf11 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency transactions are supported. Players located outside Bangladesh attempting to transact in a foreign currency will have those transactions declined.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Only wagers placed on eligible games or betting markets count towards meeting the wagering requirement. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a promotion do not contribute to wagering progress.

Bonus Abuse & Integrity

bf11 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using low-risk or mathematically hedged betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; using automated software to claim or wager bonuses; and collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, bf11 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel any bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the offending account(s).

Promotion Modifications

bf11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and met the initial qualification criteria will generally be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms. bf11 will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active promotional terms promptly.

All bets and wagers placed on bf11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, betting market, or casino game. These rules are accessible from within the relevant game or betting market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules shall take precedence for matters directly concerning the settlement of that bet or game result.

Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. bf11 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, or restrict a player's betting activity, at its discretion. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each betting market at the time of bet placement. bf11 is not obliged to accept any bet up to the displayed maximum, and reserves the right to offer reduced maximums on specific markets or to individual accounts.

Errors & Manifest Errors

Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious mis-pricing, incorrect odds display caused by a technical fault, or data feed errors — bf11 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account. A manifest error is defined as an error that a reasonable person would have recognised as an error at the time of bet placement. bf11 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a voided manifest error bet.

Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting on sporting events, including BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, is subject to additional considerations. Odds in live markets are updated continuously and reflect the current state of play. There may be a brief suspension of markets during critical moments (wickets, goals, timeouts). Bets placed and confirmed before a market suspension are settled based on the confirmed odds at the time of acceptance. bf11 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent timely bet placement.

Casino Game Rules

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games — are governed by the rules of each individual game as set by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy, details of which are available within each game's help or rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bf11 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where any of the following is identified, bf11 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), void any open or settled bets connected to the prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and take further legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using bf11 to process illegally obtained funds, conducting structuring transactions, or any other activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud under applicable law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players, or with individuals connected to a sporting event, to manipulate bet outcomes. This includes match-fixing arrangements, spot-fixing, and organised betting rings.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with games on bf11 without genuine human gameplay.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or promotional structures in a manner that guarantees a risk-free profit regardless of outcome — commonly referred to as arbing — in a way that is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a genuine bf11 deposit. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an account under a false identity, impersonating another person, or providing fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards bf11 staff or other players through any communication channel.

bf11 employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be subject to a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while an investigation is conducted. bf11 will make every reasonable effort to conclude investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to the affected player.

bf11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from bf11.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under bf11's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bf11 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bf11 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bf11 will process any pending withdrawals of verified genuine funds within the standard withdrawal timeframe and then close the account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

A self-exclusion request takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and will prevent the player from accessing bf11 services for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Where an account is closed by bf11 due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and funds associated with the prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not directly connected to the breach may be returned at bf11's discretion following a completed investigation. bf11 is not liable for any inconvenience or losses suffered by a player as a result of account closure for breach.
